Jeffrey S. Taylor, CMB Jeffrey Taylor is a 35 year veteran of the financial services and mortgage banking industry. Prior to joining RMI, Jeffrey led Wells Fargo's Senior Products Group, helping it become the nation's leading retail originator of reverse mortgages. Prior to his tenure at Wells Fargo, Jeffrey founded Wendover Funding Inc., guiding the company to become one of the nation's largest sub-servicers of both forward and reverse mortgage products. Mr. Taylor is a Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB), and has received the Faculty Fellow Award through MBA's School of Mortgage Banking. Mr. Taylor is the founding chair for the National Reverse Mortgage Lenders Association (NRMLA), and continues to serve on the Board of Directors. John K. Lunde John K. Lunde was VP, Business Metrics & Analysis at Financial Freedom, a leading Reverse Mortgage originator and servicer, for three years prior to founding RMI. He was responsible for creating, building and leading a team of senior analysts to provide performance metrics and management reporting systems across all business lines. John also served as a key advisor to senior management in strategic planning and capital project justification. His prior experience includes research and analysis work for leading companies in the real estate settlement services, wireless communications and investment management industries. John holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration & Finance from California State University, San Bernardino. Topher Thiessen was Manager, Data Analytics for the Business Metrics & Analysis team at Financial Freedom for two years prior to founding RMI. Topher created and automated performance reports for an array of business lines, including implementing a central reports portal for the company with user-specific security and access. His prior experience includes research, trading and portfolio management in the investment industry. He has also co-founded two companies, one of which has grown into the largest events and activities club in the SF Bay Area. Topher holds a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Economics from the University of Washington. J. Shannon was Modeling Manager for the Business Metrics & Analysis team at Financial Freedom and previously held a similar role at Financial Freedom's parent company, Indymac Bank. He created and maintained proprietary models for prepayment rates and mortgage servicing right valuation for Reverse Mortgages as well as supporting new product development efforts with loan pricing and performance models. Prior experience includes research and statistical analysis in the investment management, software and direct mail data cooperative industries. He holds a Bachelors of Arts Degree in English from the University of Colorado and a Masters of Science Degree in Financial Engineering from Golden Gate University.
