The shortened month in February does seem to have an effect (as we would all expect) since last February was also noticeably below January.  That being said, check out the Endorsement Volume chart near the top left of page 2 to see this February vs. last.

It seems likely that we&#039;re looking at something much more than a seasonal decline due to shorter month, particularly when we look at this in the context of grossly lower applications since October.

As to snow days, that one is anyone&#039;s guess, but I&#039;d still tend to put more of the emphasis on true volume declines given the recent app numbers.  Just an opinion though.</description>
