  • Bluffton, SC is showing the largest growth in average loan size (Max Claim Amount) in the country through the first six months of the year, rising $112K to $316K. With 31 loans in 6 months the volume is reasonable too and not just a fluke of low sample size.
  • 43123 is the top zip code on the same average loan size growth measure, making this Columbus, OH neighborhood a hot ticket.
